Do I own the website?

Yes. Your domain stays in your name, the words and images are yours, and if you ever leave we hand over the site files and logins. No lock-in.

What if I don't like the design?

You see the homepage design before anything else is built, with 2 rounds of changes. If you cancel before we send your first homepage design, we refund you in full. Details are in our refund policy.

Why not just use BookBub, Wix or Squarespace?

They're good tools, but you'd still do the work: writing the pages, every buy link, the sign-up, moving your old site, making it work on phones. That's what we do for you. Your free review will say honestly if a template would be enough.

My book isn't out yet. Is it too early?

It's the best time. Start six to eight weeks before launch so your pre-order links and sign-up are live before you promote.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

No. PayPal's checkout takes debit and credit cards as a guest. We never see your card number.

What do you need from me?

Your covers, an author photo, your bio, your book descriptions and buy links, and your domain if you have one. Missing some? We'll work with what's there.

I don't have a domain or hosting. Is that a problem?

That's fine; most authors we work with start without them. After you order, we'll send you simple steps to get a domain in your name (a .com usually costs $10 to $20 a year) and help you choose hosting and set it up. Both stay in your name.
